The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.

Our Mission
The AEOC is a 501(3)(c) non-profit registered in Colorado, which strives to promote long-term wealth building within the historically underserved community of NW Aurora by providing professionals and businesses access to a comprehensive network of valuable resources.
Our Vision
We envision a future in which NW Aurora retains its cultural diversity, possesses an equity stake in its own future, and is perceived as a reputed model for professional development and small business incubation across Colorado. To that end, the AEOC has set goals for itself to expand its relationships with other community stakeholders, streamline its processes, bolster its staff, and increase its visibility amongst the community.
Our Values
Economic Justice
We recognize that NW Aurora’s history has been one of limited career opportunities and neglect for its diverse and multicultural residents. Our organization is resolved to breaking this cycle by acknowledging the systematic barriers that have thus far prevented our constituents from flourishing so that we can properly formulate and implement the appropriate solutions.
Equity
We are dedicated to ensuring that all NW Aurora residents are granted equal access to future opportunities by providing them a level playing field. The AEOC will accomplish this by consulting families on how to build generational wealth, making municipal materials available in the multitude of languages spoken by the NW aurora community, and by implementing a series of additional stratagems designed to set our community members up for success.
Diversity
A large diversity of cultures translates to a large diversity of strengths and skills, which is why diversity is what drives the value of NW Aurora. We believe that our residents should be celebrated for their varying backgrounds and be granted a fair chance to prosper within the community that they enrich.
Collaboration
The AEOC promotes initiatives that build complementary relationships between professionals such as networking events and worker co-ops. We believe that NW Aurora residents can work with as much skill and tenacity as anyone else provided they are accommodated with the proper resources and the right connections.
Community Representation
It is vital that we ensure that our future business leaders and elected representatives are a reflection of our diverse community. The growth of our community must not come at the cost of our friends and families being displaced.
This sounds amazing!
